Refund & Deposit Policy

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the artist’s time and studio space.

  • To reschedule, please give at least 3 days’ notice. Your deposit can then be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

  • For larger projects, we require at least 5 days’ notice to reschedule.

  • For guest artists, rescheduling may not be possible due to limited availability.

  • Last-minute cancellations leave the artist with an unfillable slot, impacting both them and the studio.
